Our Story

At the end off 2022 my husband and I were looking for business ideas that would not only be something that was profitable but also something that would be true to my abilities as well as something I could still do whilst being a stay at home mom homeschooling my kids, my husband and I came up with many different ideas when watching someone in the States do HTV printing and it was love at first watch. It was the perfect business idea, for my love of being creative and fashion as well as my obsession of homeware items. My husband bought the machines needed and the creating started. From opening Cara Mia Designs has had many returning customers and we remain to treat each customer as VIP's as each one is.

Delivery & Returns

Orders take between 2 - 5 days from day of payment reflection to be processed and delivered, large orders of more than 5 items may take longer yet will always be communicated with clients. Once orders are processed courier service will be booked for clients and tracking number will be provided sent either via email, sms or Whatsapp. Returns are not accepted unless it is a sizing issue on our side. We are not liable over what happens to items once leaving our premise we will always ensure products are "runway ready" yet should items be damaged in transit to clients we hold no responsibility.

Payment Info

Making payment shouldn't feel like selling a kidney so we give you options. We are aware not everyone wants to enter card details onto a site so should you prefer to make an EFT you are able to do so as well. All that would be required when making eft payment is your order number as reference and proof of payment emailed to laikenandnartinus@gmail.com or whatsapped to 0791998638. YET PLEASE NOTE NO ORDERS START TILL PAYMENT CLEARENCE. We also protect ourselves from the scammers of the world.
